The Wotetrack crawler-mounted mobile crushing and screening station is born from the advanced concepts of similar products in Northern Europe, yet was independently developed to suit domestic conditions. Utilizing a hydraulic-driven crawler system for propulsion, it stands as a high-performance piece of mobile equipment for stone crushing and screening. The crusher, vibrating screen, power system, and hydraulic system are all securely mounted on a robust chassis, which is supported by crawler tracks; this configuration enables self-propulsion and ensures ease of operation and maintenance.
It is suitable for the crushing and screening of a wide variety of materials—including river pebbles, granite, construction waste, coal gangue, and road aggregate—and is particularly well-suited for short-term projects or operations involving the crushing and screening of dispersed material sources.
Materials are fed uniformly and quantitatively into the main crusher via a vibrating feeder; within the crushing chamber, they undergo processes such as compression, impact, or shearing to be reduced to the desired particle size. The crushed materials then fall onto a vibrating screen (typically featuring single, double, or multi-layer mesh), where they are classified according to particle size; finished products meeting the required specifications pass through the screen and are discharged via a belt conveyor.

Utilizes brand-name engines compliant with the latest emission standards, alongside advanced hydraulic and power systems, to achieve higher fuel efficiency. Enhanced internal sealing and an air self-circulation system work to effectively minimize dust emissions.
Features appropriately positioned access ladders and platforms, various safety guards, and locking mechanisms. A one-touch automatic start-and-stop function further safeguards both personnel and equipment.
Offers a variety of power configurations—including fully hydraulic, Type D (diesel-electric hybrid), and Type E (external mains power)—allowing users to select the optimal option based on practical factors such as fuel costs, operating expenses, and the availability of grid power.
