The tire-mounted mobile crusher is an innovative rock crushing equipment. It adopts a modular assembly form and an integrated unit installation form, which is highly mobile, adaptable, and efficient. It is widely used in mobile material processing operations such as metallurgy, chemical industry, building materials, and hydropower projects.
Suitable for materials such as construction waste, waste concrete, mine tailings, basalt, rock, limestone, river pebbles, and granite.
Material is fed into the equipment's hopper via a loading device, then uniformly and quantitatively conveyed into the main crushing unit by a vibrating feeder. Crushing is achieved through the periodic compression and splitting action of the movable and fixed jaws. The crushed material falls onto a vibrating screen for classification; properly sized material is discharged via an integrated belt conveyor, while some units are additionally equipped with iron removers to separate metallic impurities.
Each unit is equipped with outriggers and tracks, reducing foundation construction costs. These outriggers can be folded up during transport and relocation, and quickly erected upon arrival at the site.
Modular design allows for rapid on-site installation and immediate use, saving time and costs associated with infrastructure development.
The maintenance platform features independent electrical control systems at the front and rear, ensuring easy operation. All cables are pre-connected at the factory, eliminating the need for disassembly during transport. On-site commissioning can be performed quickly.
The maintenance platform features a connected front and rear design, inclined ladders, and widened steps for enhanced safety and convenience. Some models include a small rear ladder for easy personnel inspection and maintenance.
Equipped with dust removal and noise reduction systems, reducing dust and noise pollution and meeting green mining requirements.
