The Three-Ring Medium-Speed Micro-Grinding Mill is an independently developed, innovative product that integrates material pulverization and powder classification into a single unit. Featuring a compact structure and adjustable product fineness, it offers ease of maintenance, low energy consumption per unit of output, and cost-effective investment. Furthermore, as the pulverization and classification processes are conducted within a closed system, the dust-laden gas—once treated by the dust removal system—generates no pollution, making the mill an environmentally friendly and green solution.
Suitable for the ultrafine processing of non-flammable, non-explosive, and brittle materials with a Mohs hardness of ≤6—encompassing over 100 different materials such as calcite, chalk, carbon black, magnesite, illite, vermiculite, graphite, and fluorite.
The main unit drives the turntable to rotate, causing the ring rollers to roll along the grinding track. Coarse materials are first crushed by a crusher and then conveyed to a storage bin. Subsequently, a vibrating feeder delivers the material to the center of the turntable; under the influence of centrifugal force, the material spreads outward and is ground into powder by the compressive action of the ring rollers. Through this multi-layered grinding process, the material gradually attains the required fineness.
The grinding chamber of the equipment contains no easily damaged rolling bearings or screws, thereby preventing operational disruptions caused by bearing failure or loosened fasteners.
When processing identical materials to the same level of fineness, the wear parts of this machine—compared to those of standard pulverizers—boast a significantly longer service life, typically lasting for over one year.
Both the material grinding and classification processes take place within a fully enclosed system. Dust-laden exhaust gases undergo effective dust removal treatment, ensuring zero pollution; this makes the machine an ideal choice for green, eco-friendly operations.
