The impact crusher is developed by integrating advanced mining machinery technologies from both domestic and international sources. Through a meticulously designed rotor and crushing chamber profile—combined with an optimal matching of rotational speed and power—it meets the requirements of the modern "more crushing, less grinding" process. This design enhances the equipment's throughput and crushing ratio, while producing finished products with superior particle shape and minimal fines.
The impact crusher is capable of not only primary crushing but also secondary and tertiary crushing; it is suitable for various medium-hard and soft stone materials, such as limestone, coal gangue, and dolomite.


During operation, the electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Material enters the crushing chamber uniformly, where the rapidly rotating hammerheads impact, shear, and tear the material, thereby crushing it. Simultaneously, under the influence of gravity, the material is propelled by the high-speed hammerheads against the internal baffles and grate bars within the machine frame. Any material larger than the screen aperture size is retained on the screen plate, where it continues to be subjected to the impact and grinding action of the hammers until it is reduced to the required discharge particle size, at which point it passes through the screen plate and is discharged from the machine.

Featuring uniquely shaped impeller hammers and a robust locking mechanism, the system ensures excellent resistance to both impact and abrasion.
A modular design renders most wear parts interchangeable, effectively reducing the consumption of consumables, extending replacement intervals, minimizing spare parts inventory, and lowering overall costs.
Equipped with a hydraulic lid-opening mechanism and a hydraulic discharge port adjustment device, the system facilitates rapid replacement of wear parts while ensuring high precision and speed in adjustments.
The optimized frame structure enhances connection strength while maintaining a lightweight and compact profile, thereby facilitating ease of installation, maintenance, and transportation.
