Working Principle

During operation, the electric motor drives the rotor to rotate at high speed. Material enters the crushing chamber uniformly, where the rapidly rotating hammerheads impact, shear, and tear the material, thereby crushing it. Simultaneously, under the influence of gravity, the material is propelled by the high-speed hammerheads against the internal baffles and grate bars within the machine frame. Any material larger than the screen aperture size is retained on the screen plate, where it continues to be subjected to the impact and grinding action of the hammers until it is reduced to the required discharge particle size, at which point it passes through the screen plate and is discharged from the machine.
