The hammer crusher is a piece of equipment designed to crush materials through impact. Its optimized body structure ensures a rational design, while the streamlined process flow reduces the required footprint. Characterized by high efficiency and minimal generation of fine dust, it has gained widespread popularity in recent years.
Hammer crushers are widely utilized across numerous sectors, including mining, metallurgy, building materials, transportation, railways, water conservancy, and the chemical industry. Their application encompasses the crushing of medium-hardness and brittle materials with a compressive strength of less than 150 MPa—such as limestone, bluestone, and coal gangue.


Driven by an electric motor, the rotor rotates at high speed; as material enters the impact zone, it is struck and crushed by the rotor-mounted blow bars. The material is then hurled against the impact plates for further crushing, rebounds from the liners back into the impact zone for re-crushing, and this process repeats continuously. The material undergoes progressive size reduction as it cycles through the primary, secondary, and tertiary impact chambers, until it reaches the desired particle size and is discharged through the outlet.

It resolves the common issues associated with traditional hammer crushers—namely, susceptibility to clogging, jamming, and low output—by enabling the efficient crushing of wet materials and ensuring uninterrupted, stable production even during rainy weather.
An innovative self-flow design allows appropriately sized materials to exit the chamber naturally and directly. This prevents unnecessary re-crushing, thereby significantly reducing the generation of fine particles and boosting overall production capacity.
Larger models are equipped with a hydraulic mechanism for adjusting the discharge opening. This feature makes size adjustment more convenient, saves both time and effort, and significantly enhances operational efficiency.
Featuring inherent sealing properties and equipped with dust-proof and noise-reduction devices, it effectively resolves issues such as excessive workshop dust and dust leakage from the machine body.
