The shaking table is a gravity-based mineral processing device used for the separation of fine-grained materials. Through continuous development and innovation—evolving from the original design featuring a straight-riffled deck to models with single-curve wave decks, and subsequently to those with double-curve wave decks—the shaking table has achieved substantial improvements in its processing capacity, recovery rate, and enrichment ratio.
Widely applied in the beneficiation of metallic and non-metallic minerals, including tin, tungsten, gold, silver, lead, zinc, and coal.

Shaking table beneficiation is a process conducted on an inclined bed surface, utilizing the combined effects of the symmetrical reciprocating motion of mechanical riffles and a thin, flowing sheet of water to induce the loosening, stratification, and zonation of mineral particles on the bed; this ultimately enables the separation of minerals based on their differing densities.
Capable of precisely separating mineral particles based on density; particularly well-suited for beneficiation operations, enabling the recovery of high-quality concentrates.
Compared to other mineral processing equipment, the shaking table consumes less energy during operation, thereby helping to reduce overall processing costs.
Generates minimal wastewater and waste residues, resulting in a low environmental impact.
Features an extended discharge line, facilitating the production of multiple product streams of varying quality grades and enhancing overall resource utilization efficiency.
