High-Strength grinding mill

The High-Strength Grinding Mill is a newly introduced type of grinding machine. Its grinding roller assembly is secured by high-pressure springs exerting a force of 1,000 to 1,500 kilograms; driven by the combined action of these high-pressure springs and centrifugal force, the rollers press tightly against the grinding ring to perform their operation. This machine features high output, low power consumption, a compact footprint, low operating costs, and pollution-free operation, making it particularly well-suited for desulfurization processes in large-scale thermal power plants and steelworks.

Suitable for the ultra-fine pulverization of over 280 types of materials—including barite, limestone, ceramics, and slag—across industries such as mining, metallurgy, chemicals, and building materials, provided they possess a Mohs hardness of no greater than 9.3 and a moisture content of less than 6%, and are non-flammable and non-explosive.

Working Principle

Upon startup, the grinding rollers rotate around the central shaft and, under the combined influence of high-pressure springs and centrifugal force, roll tightly against the grinding ring. As the material to be ground enters the grinding chamber, it is scooped up by blades and fed between the rollers and the ring for pulverization. Following this grinding process, the resulting powder is carried by the circulating airflow from the blower into the classifier; fine particles meeting the required specifications are then transported by the airflow into the cyclone collector to become the finished product, while oversized particles fall back down to be reground.
