The HGM German-Edition Raymond Mill is a new-generation product of advanced technological caliber, meticulously developed based on years of practical user experience with grinding equipment and designed to meet the evolving needs of the grinding industry. It incorporates mature grinding technologies and concepts from both domestic and international sources, offering high grinding efficiency, superior sealing performance, exceptional wear resistance and durability, and a long service life.
Suitable for processing various non-flammable and non-explosive mineral materials with a Mohs hardness of less than 9.3 and a moisture content of less than 7%, such as limestone, calcite, potash feldspar, talc, marble, dolomite, kaolin, activated carbon, bentonite, etc.

During the material grinding process, under the influence of centrifugal force, the material enters the grinding zone, where it is crushed through a combination of compression, abrasion, and shearing actions. Simultaneously, hot air is ejected upward at high velocity and uniformly from an air ring encircling the grinding table; the ground material is thereby lifted and dried, and subsequently carried by the airflow into a classifier. The fine powder that meets the required specifications passes through the classifier and is collected by dust collection equipment, constituting the final product.
The grinding roller sleeves are reversible, effectively extending the service life of the wear-resistant components. Featuring low wear rates, both the grinding rollers and the grinding table liners are manufactured from specialized materials, ensuring a long operational lifespan.
Integrating crushing, drying, grinding, classifying, and conveying functions into a single unit, the system features a simplified process flow and a compact structural layout. It occupies a small footprint—only 50% of the space required by a traditional ball mill—and can be installed outdoors. This minimizes construction costs and directly reduces overall capital investment.
Compared to ball mills, this system consumes 40% to 50% less energy. It boasts a high single-unit production capacity and allows for the utilization of off-peak electricity, thereby ensuring high grinding efficiency while maintaining low energy consumption.
Equipped with a fully automated PLC control system, the unit supports remote operation capabilities. It is easy to operate and convenient to maintain, thereby effectively reducing labor costs.
